“Before signing up for Adonis Conditioning Coaching (ACC) I had never followed any form of an exercise plan. I was anxious about being overwhelmed with the possibility of not knowing what to do and what each exercise was.
However, I found the EVA app to be very user-friendly. I was able to view the exercises on there and the coaches were always available if I had any questions.
Before joining ACC, I wanted to live an overall healthier lifestyle. I wasn’t experiencing any “problems” aside from being overweight. I had tried many weight loss programs prior to ACC such as AdvoCare, Low Carb, and Medi WeightLoss. However, after a while, I would always gain the weight back.
I’m happy to confirm as a result of ACC coaching I was able to lose weight (15 pounds total, 11 of which were pure fat) and gained muscular strength, which were my top two goals when I started this program.
Without a doubt, I am most proud of how much my body has transformed. Many people have told me that I am looking “healthier.” Strangely enough, my skin has started to look better too (added bonus!).
Now when I look in the mirror I notice how broad my shoulders look and how defined they are in addition to my chest.
I could not have lived without the easy to follow exercise videos, the monthly skype calls or being able to reach the trainers through the in-app messaging.
The only thing I didn’t particularly like about ACC was Burpees… but honestly, who does like them?
I would absolutely recommend EVA Coaching! The program is easy to follow and the coaches are very supportive.
If you happen to be on the fence about signing up for an EVA Coaching Program all I have to say is that it’s worth the chance. The results that I received from this program were amazing and I’m so thankful that I was able to use this program. Anyone could be successful using it – would rate 10/10!”

“High school and the beginning of college probably were some of the most toxic times for me. Before I can remember I was playing competitive soccer so I always had workouts planned for me. On top of that, I was extremely confused about how to maintain a balanced diet and developed a very twisted perspective on a “healthy diet”.
I started struggling disordered eating in high school and that continued into early college. Due to a lack of knowledge of how to develop a structured workout plan, I became a “cardio bunny” and my weight fluctuated between 35 lbs. Germain and I met my freshman year and it became very evident how dedicated he was working as a personal trainer at NCSU. He became one of the few people aware and who I could trust knowing about my previous struggles with eating disorders. On October 14, 2014, my dedication to fitness completely changed.
He developed a fitness plan designed to achieve each of my goals, whether it was to build or strengthen a particular muscle group and made any adjustments as needed throughout the process. Germain also calculated macros that helped me approximately lose 20 pounds and see increases in lean body mass. I am knowingly aware that I did not make things easy for him as a coach as I was constantly asking questions, wanting detailed explanations behind why I was doing certain things and was adjusting to eating more food than I had the past three years. Never once did he ignore a question or fail to provide an explanation to my questions. He helped me transform from someone who ran 7 miles a day to someone who is more concerned about lifting heavier in deadlifts (my favorite lift).
I went from being lucky to eat a full meal in one day to eating multiple meals throughout the day, doing minimal cardio, and enjoying every part of the process. I guarantee that Germain is the guy for you if you want to see success in your fitness journey and want a dedicated coach.”
“I’ve been active ever since I could walk. Starting with ballet and gymnastics at the age of 4 and eventually transitioning into competitive cheerleading, hip-hop dance, and volleyball. When I went to NC State in 2012 I carried on being active by playing club Volleyball and after a year of doing that I decided to pursue another passion of mine, fitness.
During my sophomore year, I went through a course, audition, and interview to become a group fitness instructor, which led me on an incredible fitness journey that lasted throughout the entirety of my undergraduate career.
For 3 years teaching group fitness was a very big hobby of mine, though one that I decided not to continue after graduation, mainly because I was really excited to not have to plan my personal workouts around the classes I was teaching. I wanted to be able to focus on just myself for the first time in 3 years. Little did I know, I would enter the biggest fitness rut of my entire life.
For about 3 months, after graduating, my desire, motivation, and passion to workout felt like it had completely burnt out. Eventually, I knew something had to give, I gained weight and was simply not feeling like myself.
Thankfully, I happened to know Germain from working at NCSU University Recreation and I always enjoyed working out with him. And by working out with him I was always impressed with his immense knowledge, especially when it came to nutrition; which inherently contributed to my decision to sign up for Venus Physique Coaching.
While I’ve never been one to obsess or focus on a number on a scale, I really did want to set a quantifiable goal to track my progress, so I decided I wanted to lose 10-15 pounds. However, I really just wanted to feel better about myself and the way I looked in the mirror. I wanted to tone a lot of different parts of my body, especially my hamstrings and legs. I’ve always been one to carry my weight there and I’ve never really like my legs, especially the backs of them.
Though I’ve always iterated how important it is to find something you love, whether it be lifting heavy weight, swimming or dancing. I’ve always felt my best when I’m active and mentally healthy and a huge component of that is fitness, but I was in a rut and I just couldn’t get out of it on my own. I didn’t want to workout and I didn’t want to go to the gym.
Gratefully, after 2 months of VPC coaching I was able to lose 12 pounds, and more importantly, I regained the self-love and confident that I always promoted to my participants as a fitness instructor. I can’t thank Germain enough for helping reinvigorate my passion for fitness and to help me rediscover my niche.
I’m super proud of my stamina and endurance that I’ve built up in the last 2 months. There is nothing quite like the euphoric high you get when you finish a 1000-meter row or 1-mile run AND beat your last time. I’m also super proud of my booty and the backs of my legs.
I consistently get compliments all the time that start out as a question, “Do you workout?”, which is always followed by “What do you do for your butt?”. It’s always a little embarrassing, but always flattering. I also get a lot of compliments on my “slim” stomach which I absolutely attribute to nutrition, which makes Germain’s extensive nutrition knowledge so very valuable.
Now when I look in the mirror I can happily say I see a beautiful, happy and healthy girl.
Beyond the shadow of a doubt, I cannot recommend EVA coaching enough. To put it simply, Germain knows what he is doing. I was super fortunate to work alongside Germain as part of University Recreation and was always taking advantage of opportunities to take his group fitness classes or workout with him in the gym. He has a program for everyone and the amount of depth of knowledge that allows him to cater and customize workout regimens and meal plans for all of his clients is second to none.
If you’re still on the fence about signing up for an EVA Coaching Program the best advice I can give you is to just DO IT! If you’re even contemplating it the slightest bit, just sign up! You really don’t have anything to lose. The investment you make in yourself will reap benefits for a lifetime. We only get one body while we’re here on earth, love it well and take care of it… and if you need help doing it, I surely did, there’s no shame in that.
Before wrapping up I want to mention that the app is amazing, it’s super easy to use which is monumental coming from someone who is not the slightest bit ‘tech savvy’. Another aspect of the program which was monumental to my success is the access you get to Germain. There were several times I was in the gym and had a question about a workout or exercise and thought to myself, “there’s no way he’s going to be able to answer in time for it to be helpful during this workout” but low and behold he always responded unbelievably quickly.
Another super helpful aspect was the regular Skype calls to talk about progress, difficulties, likes, and dislikes. There were several times Germain was able to help me adjust my nutrition in order to compensate for a planned dinner out, drinks, or something of that nature. I think it’s really important to realize you can eat things you enjoy but to not just whimsically eat or drink whatever you desire if there are goals you are trying to achieve. He helped me plan accordingly and adjust my diet as needed and I can’t thank him enough for all the help he’s given me so far.”
